First cake order

This is the first time ever I bake a cake for someone else, other than my family. Mak Teh from Alor Gajah ordered 2 1.5 kg choc cakes for her standard 6 students farewell party. I bake 2 cakes for her, another 1 is that car shape cake. Looks the same as Dhani's birthday cake.

Hubby's Soccer Field Cake

A day after Dhani's, is my hubby's birthday. Bake another one. It's a soccer field cake. He's so surprised to see it. He request for an "orang lidi" cake, which consist of 3 org lidi figures, that resembles me, Dhani & Hadifah.. I mad eit in a hurry while he's taking a nap after zohor. Also , I hid the cake so that he won't be able to find it. Hehe...

Dhani's 4th Birthday

Time to bake another cake for the family. This time, it'll be my eldest son, Mohamad Dhani. Also promised him a car shaped cake. But I haven't got chance to experiment in blending color (I wanted to have a dark red color so that it'll resemble Lightning McQueen in Cars).. so I made a blue car, it'll be Sally (the attorney which later become Lightning McQueen's girlfriend). Hisam's Farewell

We organize a makan-makan for Hisam, since he's leaving the lab. Sedih jugak. I contribute these cuppies. Sorry couldn't join the makan-makan guys, had other makan-makan with my hubby's officemates.

For My Mom

I made this during Merdeka. Bawak balik kampung. Kebetulan we're having a kenduri arwah for my late abah. Buat le sikit untuk mak & adik-adik merasa. Bagi sikit kat neighbours.

My Very First Order

The time comes when my colleague, Kak Za told me she wanted me to bake cupcakes for her kids. just for makan-makan.. Alamak, berdebar pulak. I'm not that good & still a beginner. Takpala, just take the challenge. Anyway thanks Kak Za. No theme requested, but she wants choc cuppies with 15 buttercream & another 15 to be fondant deco.

Assalamualaikum & Hi,

I just jumped into this new hobby of mine. I started during my school days but never tried to decorate my cakes. But now, I started to have this eagerness of decorating them. It's not so hard actually. Kena tau the right way or the right method, and of course with the right tools.

This is the first book & tools that I bought during MPH sales. It has a recipe book (I've tried some of it & my family love it), 2 piping tips, a piping bag & coupler, cupkcake liners (100 of them) and 5 stencils. Ok laa
